Products and Customization

Our products are handmade, which means they may have slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish compared to the images displayed on the website. These differences are natural to the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.

Some items are available for immediate delivery, but most are made to order, respecting the deadlines indicated in the description of each piece.

 

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The final purchase price includes shipping costs (where applicable) and is communicated via WhatsApp before order completion.

Order confirmation only occurs after payment has cleared.

 

Production and Shipping Deadlines

For custom-made products, production times are listed in the description. After this period, shipping is via courier or postal service, as chosen by the customer.

Delivery time may vary depending on the location and the logistics service used.

 

Exchanges and Returns

The full policy can be found on the Return Policy page. In short, we only accept exchanges or returns in cases of manufacturing defects and within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Products damaged by misuse or failure to follow washing and care instructions will not be accepted.

Your personal data is used exclusively for order processing and communication with you. We do not share your information with third parties, as per our Privacy Policy.
