Our products are handmade, which means they may present slight variations in color, texture, size or finish in relation to the images displayed on the website. These differences are natural to the artisanal process and do not constitute a defect.

Some items are produced to order, respecting the deadlines indicated in the description of each piece.

 

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The final purchase price includes shipping costs (where applicable) and is displayed before the order is finalized.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Order confirmation only occurs after payment has been cleared.

 

Production and Shipping Deadlines

For custom-made products, production times are stated in the description. After this period, shipping is done via carrier or post office, according to the customer's choice.

Delivery time may vary depending on the location and the logistics service used.

 

Exchanges and Returns

The full policy can be found on the Return Policy page. In short, we only accept exchanges or returns in the event of a manufacturing defect and within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Products damaged by misuse or failure to follow washing and care instructions will not be accepted.
