SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are made with care and attention to detail. Therefore, it's important to understand how our shipping process works:

Production Deadline

Because we work with handmade products, many of them are made to order. Production time can vary between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the item and demand.

Delivery time

The delivery period starts from the date of posting and varies according to the shipping method chosen and the recipient's location.
The estimated time will be informed at the time of purchase (via WhatsApp).

Shipping Methods

We ship via Brazilian Post Office, partner carriers, or other currently available logistics services. Customers can choose their preferred option during checkout (via WhatsApp).

Follow-up

After shipping, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery on the carrier's website or the Post Office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure you fill out your delivery information correctly. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect registration information.
In case of return due to address error, the customer will be charged for reshipping.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays caused by third parties, such as the Post Office or shipping companies, may occur. In these situations, we ask for your understanding and follow the tracking process.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

We value the quality of our handmade products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you need to make a return or exchange, check out our guidelines below:

 

Application Deadline

The customer has up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

 

Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defect.

 

Accepted Reasons

  • Product with manufacturing defect;

  • Product received different from the one ordered;

  • Regret of the purchase, respecting the legal period of 14 days.

 

How to Apply

Send an email to croshe-arteemfios@outlook.com or contact us via WhatsApp +351 922 293 270, stating:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Reason for request;

  • Photos of the product (in case of defect or shipping error).

 

Shipping Costs

  • In case of our error or defective product, the shipping cost will be at our expense.

  • In cases of regret or exchange at the customer's choice, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

Reimbursement

The refund will be made after the product has been received and analyzed. The amount will be returned according to the payment method used in the order.
