No. Most of our products are made to order , with all the artisanal care that CroShe values.
We have some pieces from the collections available for immediate delivery , identified on the website with this indication.
Products in stock: shipping occurs the next business day after payment confirmation . Delivery takes 3 to 8 business days , depending on the region.
Made-to-order products: production time varies from 10 to 20 business days , depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the piece.
You will be notified at each stage : production, completion and shipping of your piece.
We currently accept:
- Bank Transfer and MBWay. Make the transfer to the IBAN or MBWay provided at the end of the order, via WhatsApp and send proof of payment to: croshe-arteemfios@outlook.com
The order will only be validated after receipt of proof.
Once payment is made, production will begin or shipping will be carried out.
Our pieces are delicate and handmade.
To ensure longer durability, follow the care instructions sent with your order. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, aggressive washing or improper storage.
We accept exchanges or returns only in case of manufacturing defects , notifying us within 7 calendar days after receipt .
Used products, damaged by misuse or without recommended care will not be accepted .
Remember: as they are made manually, there may be slight variations in color, shape and size in relation to the images on the website.
You will be notified by email or WhatsApp at each stage: start of production, completion and shipping.

Yes! We deliver throughout Portugal , including islands.
If you are outside Portugal, contact us to check the possibility of international shipping.
